Steps to Cancel Chegg Subscription

Before deleting the account, it is very essential to cancel the active subscription. Without cancelling it, you can’t delete the account.

[1] In your Chegg account page, go to My Account > Orders.

[2] Click Subscriptions under the All Orders tab.

[3] Choose the subscription you want to cancel and click Cancel Subscription to confirm your account cancellation.

[4] Select all the subscriptions that you need to delete your Chegg account.

[5] Also, ensure all the pending transactions are canceled.

[5] All the selected subscriptions will now be Cancelled.

Steps to Delete Chegg Account via Chegg Website

[1] Navigate to the official Chegg website and log in using your credentials.

[2] Ensure you have canceled all your pending transactions and subscription.

[3] Visit Chegg > My Account.

[4] Click on the Chat Icon or Contact Us in the lower right corner of the page.

[5] Click I want to close my account.

[6] Click Cancel my Subscription if you have not canceled your subscription.

[7] Click Chat with an Advocate.

[8] Answer the questions and mention that you want to delete your account.

[9] Your Chegg account will now be deleted.

[1] Log in to the email that you have linked with your Chegg account.

[2] Ensure you have included your Chegg account details in the email.

[3] You can send an email to [email protected] for any queries or request account cancellation.

[4] Type the Subject as “REQUEST FOR CHEGG ACCOUNT DELETION.”

[5] Include the reason why you want to delete your account and request for deletion in the main content of your email.
