How to Reset Forgotten Facebook Password

[1] Open the Facebook app on your device.

[3] Enter the phone number or email address linked with your account and click on the Search button.
[4] Select the verification code that you prefer and click on the Continue button.
[5] Enter the code and choose the Continue button.
[6] Enter a strong password for your Facebook account and save the changes.
