Use Dual Whatsapp in Android
Follow the steps given below to get two Whatsapp in Android devices.
Step 1: On your Android device, Tap and open the Settings page.
Step 2: In the Settings page, search for Dual App, Clone app or App Twin option. Tap and select the respective option.
Step 3: List of apps which can be cloned will appear on the screen. Tap on Whatsapp.
Step 4: Click the Install button in the Pop-up box.
Step 5: Set up the second Whatsapp account and launch the app on your device.
Step 6: Tap the Agree and Continue option in the screen.
Step 7: Register your new WhatsApp account with a new phone number. Once the registration process is completed you can use both Whatsapp accounts on your smartphone.

Since iOS devices don’t support clone or parallel app feature, so you cannot create dual Whatsapp in iPhone and iPad.
