1. Open WhatsApp on your smartphone.
2. Click the More options icon (three dots) in the top right corner.
3. Select Settings to open WhatsApp settings.
4. Tap Chats to open the Chat Settings.
5. Scroll down and click Chat Backup to go to the backup screen.
6. Select Back up to Google Drive and choose any one of the options to take a backup.
7. Select your Google Account to back up your chats.
8. If you don’t have WiFi, turn on Back up using cellular option. Turn on Include videos only if you want to backup the data with videos.

How to Reset WhatsApp Account on Mobile Devices
To reset your WhatsApp account on mobile devices, you can either clear data in the App info or uninstall and reinstall the app.
For iPhones, you can delete the WhatsApp app and install it from the App Store to reset the data.
