How to Schedule Recording on Spectrum App on Apple TV
The following procedure will help you record programs or series on the Spectrum Apple TV app.
Recording Programs
1. Turn on your Apple TV and open the Spectrum TV app on your device.
2. To schedule the recording, search & find the program you want to record.

3. Get into the program’s information page and choose the Record option.
4. After you set the recordings, you will get a confirmation message and a red circle icon that indicates the same.
Recording Series
1. To schedule recording a series, search and find the series you wish to record.
2. Go to the series information page and then choose Record Series.
3. Now, you can see the options that allow you to Record All Episodes or Record New Episodes. Select the required option as per the availability of the space.
4. Then, set the Start Time and End Time and select the channel for recording.
5. Finally, click on the Confirm and Record option to schedule the recording.
How to Change Series Priority for Scheduled Recordings
To avoid conflicts while recording multiple shows at a time, Spectrum DVR offers a Series Priority feature to set priorities for recording the scheduled shows. The shows with priority will get recorded first before the limit runs out.
1. To change a series priority for a scheduled program, go to the My DVR screen by pressing the My DVR/DVR button on the remote.
2. Then, select the Series Priority tab, which shows the list of ranked priorities for recordings.
3. Choose the series you want to change the priority of, and then click on the OK on your remote.
4. Now, you can move the series up or down among the ranked priority list using the up or down arrows on the remote.
5. Just place the show wherever you want in the priority list and save the preference by clicking OK.
6. Repeat the same steps for other programs to change different priorities.
How to Cancel the Scheduled Recording on Spectrum Apple TV
1. To cancel recordings, search for the scheduled program you want to cancel from the DVR list of scheduled programs.
2. Get into the program on the scheduled list.
3. Then, choose the Cancel Recording option to cancel the scheduled program recording or choose Cancel Series to cancel the scheduled series recording.
How to Watch Recorded Programs on Spectrum Apple TV
After scheduling the recording, you can watch the recorded programs on Apple TV by following the below steps.
1. On your device, go to My Library and select Recordings.
2. From the list of recordings, choose the program you want to watch and click the Watch button.
How to Delete the Recorded Shows on Spectrum Apple TV
It is possible to remove or delete the recorded shows from the Spectrum app on your Apple TV if you want to clear the Cloud DVR space.
Deleting the Recording
1. To delete a recording, search and find the recordings from the library you intend to delete.
2. Then, get to the information page of the recorded program.
3. On the info page, select the Delete Recording option.
4. Confirm your action on the subsequent prompts to delete the recording from the Library.
5. You can also delete all the series recordings in one go by selecting the Delete All button adjacent to the series name.
