How to Turn Off Auto Renew on PS5 Through PS5 Console

2. Open your PS5 Settings and tap on Users and Accounts.
3. Select the Account option and click on Payment and Subscriptions.
4. Choose Subscriptions and your subscription plans will be displayed.
5. Tap on the PlayStation Plus option. Information related to your subscription will be listed, along with options to turn off auto-renewal and to extend the plan.

2. Click on the three dots on the top-right corner.

6. Provide a reason for your cancellation and select Continue.
