[1] Disable the VPN service that you have on your PC.

[2] After that, navigate to the Tools section on VLC player → Preference → Video tab → click output dropdown menu.

[3] Click on OpenGL video output.

[4] Then, select the Input/ Codes tab and choose the Hardware-accelerated decoding dropdown menu.

[6] Now, choose Disable and click on Save.
