How to Reset Oculus Password in Two Ways

The process of resetting the password is the same for all Oculus devices Oculus Rift, Rift S, Oculus Go, and Oculus Quest(1 and 2).

You can reset the Oculus password in two different ways.

• By online.
• By mobile app.

Reset the Oculus Password Online

1. First, navigate the link https://secure.oculus.com/forgot-password/ to reset the Oculus password.

2. Enter your email ID on the Forgot Password page, using which you have created your Oculus account.

3. Click on Send Email.

4. Finally, you will receive a link to reset the password via mail and set a new password.

Reset the Oculus Password Using the App

1. Open the Oculus app on your Android or iOS device.

2. Tap on Have an Oculus Account.

3. On the log-in page, tap on Forgot password. It takes you to the official site of Oculus Quest or Meta Quest.

4. Enter your email ID and hit the Send Email button.

5. You can reset your password using the reset link sent to your mail ID.

Note: It is recommended to create an account on Facebook to use the Oculus platform. Moreover, you can log in to Oculus using the Facebook account if you have forgotten the password. In this way, you can reset your password without using email links.
