How to Delete HelloFresh Account by Contacting Customer Support

There are two ways to contact the customer support team to delete the HelloFresh account. Both ways are discussed below.

Delete HelloFresh Account Via Chatbot

1). Launch a browser on your PC.

2). Go to the website www.hellofresh.com/contact-us and click the Chat button.

3). If prompted, log in to your HelloFresh account.

4). The Virtual Assistant chat box will pop up on the screen.

5). Type delete my HelloFresh account in the text box and send it.

6). Then, provide all the necessary details of your HelloFresh account.

7). Follow the on-screen instructions and proceed with the steps to delete your HelloFresh account permanently.

Delete HelloFresh Account Via Email

1). Open the associate email account.

2). Start to compose a new email.

3). Enter the email address: [email protected] in the “To” field.

4). On the Subject section, type Request to Delete my HelloFresh Account.

5). Write an email requesting to delete your HelloFresh account from their database. Don’t forget to include your username, associated phone number, and other info about your account.

How to Cancel HelloFresh Account

Canceling your HelloFresh account is easy, but remember to cancel it five days before the delivery day is planned. Otherwise, you will be charged for the meals, and the company will send you the next rotation’s meals.

#1. Visit the HelloFresh official website from a web browser on your PC.

#2. Hit the Log In button at the top right corner of the screen.

#3. Enter the email address associated with the HelloFresh account and enter the password.

#4. Tap the Login button to sign in to your account.

#5. On the home page, click on the profile icon at the top right corner.

#6. Select the Account Settings option from the drop-down menu.

#7. Scroll to the bottom and tap on the Cancel Plan option.

#8. You will see a pop-up message advising you against canceling your account. Click CANCEL ANYWAY.

#9. Select a reason for canceling your account.

#10. Finally, follow the on-screen prompts and continue to tap Cancel Anyway again.

Once you have canceled your account, you will be shown a message that your deliveries are canceled with the delivery date. Also, you can skip a week of deliveries, and you won’t be charged for that week. To skip the week, edit the delivery date of your box in the Menu section of your HelloFresh account page.

How to Cancel HelloFresh Without Email

If you have forgotten or don’t have access to your email address associated with the HelloFresh account, you can contact Customer service to cancel the plan.
