AliExpress is an online marketplace for purchasing everything. If you have decided not to buy anything from AliExpress again, you should delete the user account permanently. It holds important data like email address, phone number, address, and bank account details; deleting the account is essential to remove our data from their server.

When you decide to stop using AliExpress, you can try other online shopping giants like Amazon and Walmart.

Visit the AliExpress site → login to your account → click on the My AliExpress icon → choose Account Settings → choose Edit Member Profile → click on Deactivate account → enter your username and type in Deactivate my account → choose a reason for deactivation.

How to Delete AliExpress Account Permanently

You have to use a web browser to delete the AliExpress account permanently. You can’t do this on the AliExpress mobile apps.

[1] Visit the AliExpress website and log in to your AliExpress account.

[2] Hover the mouse cursor over your name and click on the My AliExpress icon.

[3] Click on the Account Settings on the menu bar.

[4] Scroll down to click on the Edit Member Profile.

[5] Hover to the right side of your name and click Deactivate Account.

[6] On the deletion page, type your email address in the “Enter your username” field and type “Deactivate My Account” in the required field.

[7] Choose a reason for deleting your account and click on the Deactivate my account menu.

[8] Following that, an account deletion confirmation message will appear on the screen.
